BVB UG Venture GmbH was founded in 2012 for the purpose of providing innovative technology companies with expansion capital. The expansion capital is partly secured through our network of partners comprising private and institutional investors; and we also invest our own equity capital as a co-investor to some extent. The capital is made available to SMEs qualifying for funding on the basis of selection procedures in accordance with our investment criteria.
In this connection our focus is on early stage funding and, to a lesser extent, expansion funding for innovative technology companies.
