BVB UG support to the European Space Agency ESA

Aachen, April 2022. Our BVB UG Aachen office is currently supporting the ESA within the framework of the EU-Technology Transfer Project FUTTA (Fusion Technology Transfer Action).

In the framework of the EU-Technology Transfer Project FUTTA (Fusion Technology Transfer Action), the BVB UG Aachen office is currently supporting the project coordinator ESA in the field of technology transfer activities.

Aim of this project coordinated by the ESA’s Technology Transfer Programme Office is the transfer of technologies developed within the framework of European research activities carried through the European Fusion Development Agreement (EFDA) in the field of nuclear fusion research. The technologies offered include mainly the areas of: materials, sensors and measuring techniques, mechanical components, precision engineering & optics as well as energy technologies.

These technology transfer activities benefit to companies and research institutions of the most various industry sectors such as energy, automobile construction, medical technologies, mechanical and plant engineering, materials technology as well as aerospace.

The performed services listed here are based on more than 18 years of employee experience in successful technology exchange between different sectors, mainly in the field of technology management, covering the areas of technology consulting, transfer and evaluation. These activities included senior positions in national and international transfer initiatives.
