Physics laboratory assistant training with Siemens. Physics studies at TU Darmstadt. PhD studies at TU Clausthal-Zellerfeld and simultaneous employment at Fraunhofer-Institut IFAM in Bremen. Direction of research team "powder metallurgic shaping" at IFAM, afterwards direction of a Fraunhofer research center in Delaware/USA for five years. Scientific activities in nanotechnologies, in development of metallic lightweight construction materials and powder metallurgic production processes. Afterwards managing director of "Innovationsstiftung Hamburg" for twelve years.

Industrial clerk / Diplom-Kauffrau with focus on production and marketing. After studying, worked as project manager for European and international R&D projects and was involved in the pilot phase of the European Innovation Relay Centres. From 1996 to 1998 EU-office director at the Technical University Hamburg-Harburg. Worked for SMEs as self-employed project manager executing European technology projects for 15 years. At BVB UG Consult, she will continue application / project management and be assistant to the branch management. 

Paul Krüger

Studied International Management at IMS, Bad Malente, then working in the real estate sector and since 1998 director of the "Institut für europäische Wirtschaftsförderung". Support of companies in internationalization inside the EU. Specialist in implementing subsidized industrial financings and investments. Experience in international M&A transactions as well as development of crowd funding platforms. Author of numerous columns and publications on funding and creator of the "Förderlexikon" (funding encyclopedia). Accredited BAFA and KfW consultant, certified Rating Advisor, experience in issuing of rating reports for companies. At BVB UG Consult responsible for financing of innovative companies and SMEs.

Studied digital media management and public management at Osnabrück University of Applied Science. Self-employed media manager for many years, e.g. for Berlin Film Festival, Phoenix and NDR. Further experience in market research, personnel management, administration of R&D programs and commercial management.  

Noah Fuchs, PhD

Project- and Clustermanager

Studied physics at the University of Hannover, specialising in quantum optics and lasers. He followed this with a doctorate in the field of optical thin film technology at the Laserzentrum Hannover, where he also provided support for a large number of industrial projects. He then worked for companies in the laser and optical industry in development and in international sales. He also now has many years of experience in innovation consultancy, technology management and technology transfer and has expanded his wealth of experience to cover an extensive range of fields of technology.

Anton Majkut, PhD

Biophysicist

Received his Ph.D. in biophysics in 1994 at Brandeis University in Waltham, United States. After a post-doc at the Ecole Normale Supérieure, Paris, he was a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry in Martinsried. In 1999 he joined Evotec AG in Hamburg, initially as group leader "Cellular Assay Development", followed by managing international collaborations with pharmaceutical companies. Eventually he became Chief Operating Officer of the subsidiary Evotec Technologies GmbH and from 2007 took the role of "Global Product Leader, Live Cell Imaging" at PerkinElmer. From 2008 on he was for four years Commercial Director and Managing Director of various centers and clinics at the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf. Prior to joining BVB UG Consult he was EVP Business Development at Bionamics GmbH.

Hermann Lamproglou

Studied Engineering Management (B.Eng.) at Jade University of Applied Sciences (Oldenburg), specialising in building trade. After his studies he gained experience in customer acquisition and consulting as assistant to the sales management of a medium-sized business. Thereafter, he studied engineering management (M. Eng.) at Jade University of Applied Sciences (Wilhelmshaven), specialising in business process management. As a cluster and project manager, he is now in charge of innovation consulting as well as R&D project management. 

Larry Kuhn, PhD

Cluster Management & EU projects

Studied Biotechnology and Molecular Biotechnology at the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt and at the Technical University of Munich. He holds a PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Duisburg-Essen. Currently, he is the Scientific Director of the two Research & Innovation Networks  biomastec  (New Technologies for the Sustainable Use of Biomass) and Bioeconomy Network (Bio-based Products from the Material Use of Plants, Animals, Microorganisms and Waste Biological Resources). He lectures on the on the role and impact of bioeconomy on the global economy at universities and international conferences. Besides, he held a teaching position until 2013 in Organic & Polymer Chemistry at the University of Applied Sciences, Aalen.
