Qualified with a degree in engineering management (FH), University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden; project experience in the field of internal company logistics, material flow optimisation; joined the team at BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) in April 2010 with responsibility for innovation consulting, funding advice and project control. She is now Managing Director of Innovation Consulting, Mundelsheim. Clients benefit from her extensive practical experience in consultancy on funding and from the structuring and realisation of product and process innovations.

Group Manager of applications development for electronic semiconductor components; Director of Studies for technical market research; Product Manager and Sales Manager for a high-tech company; General Manager, Interim Manager (setup of sales organisations for overseas companies); as from 2009 responsible for sales, training and consulting in the field of renewable energy for Polysun in Germany; joined BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) in February 2013 with responsibility for the management of the Thermie cluster.
 

Jürgen Lange

Innovation Consulting

Studied Mechanical Engineering with a specialisation in Energy Technology at HTWK Leipzig. He has extensive experience in renewable energy generation, quality management, financing advisory services, and the development and implementation of technical innovation projects.

Jürgen Lange has been part of the B.v.B. GmbH team since April 2013. His responsibilities include network management in the area of “Modular Hydrogen Power Plant and Energy Storage”, as well as supporting projects at the interface of technology, financing and commercial implementation.

Clients benefit from his broad practical experience in structuring and implementing product and process innovations, as well as in developing suitable financing approaches for technology-oriented projects.

Studied Applied Informatics (B.Sc.), then gained several years of experience in software development and project manager at a telematics company in Schweinfurt. Experience in the fields of database development and web services. Since May 2014 hard- and software developer at BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt).

Project Management

Studied engineering management at TU Bergakademie Freiberg, focussing on energy technologies, project and technology management. First professional experience in energy technologies and energy management. As Project Manager he is responsible for R&D project management and innovation consulting.


Marcus Otto

Civil engineering, Technical University of Dresden, construction finance with Deutsche Bank AG; joined BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) on 1st July 2009 specialising in the following: Property valuation; building engineering physics with assessments of buildings in energy terms; construction materials with a focus on glass; glass finishing – toughened safety glass, curved glass, manufacturing of insulation glass, VIG; project management - NEMO clusters, regional growth centres; funding programmes - Central Innovation Programme, KMU-innovativ, go-innovativ.

Hannah Krämer

Dipl.-Mathematikerin
Innovation Consulting

Followed her degree in mathematics (Dipl.) at Friedrich-Schiller University in Jena by working for many years for major industrial companies, primarily involved in software development and data processing. She also gained experience in personnel consultancy and recruitment. Joined BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) in 2006. She is now mainly responsible for innovation consultancy for R&D projects. She has now worked together with clients on numerous funding projects with successful results. Clients benefit from her extensive practical experience in consultancy on funding and from the structuring and realisation of product and process innovations.

Katrina Weber

Investment Department

Studied Finance with a focus on corporate finance, investment management and financial analysis. She has professional experience in the commercial assessment of investment projects, the analysis of corporate and project financial data, and the preparation of financing decisions.

At B.v.B. GmbH, Katrina Weber works within the Investment Department. Her responsibilities include analysing financing enquiries, reviewing business and investment plans, assessing financial performance indicators, and supporting the preparation of suitable investment and financing structures.

She also contributes to the internal assessment of projects in relation to economic viability, capital requirements and financial sustainability.

Ernst Wolf-Schäfer

Dipl.-Ingenieur
Cluster Management

Qualified with degrees in engineering management (FH) and engineering; his specialist professional fields were measurement technology, automation technology and process engineering. At BVB UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) he successfully lead the cluster "Light Electric Vehicles" and built up the cluster "Regeneratives Methanol". Contact person for national funding programmes such as those of BMWi, BMBF and BMVI.

Nina Schneider

M.A. Business Administration
Innovation Consulting

Studied Business Administration with a focus on corporate finance, strategic management and controlling. She subsequently gained professional experience in the commercial assessment of companies and investment projects, as well as in the development and evaluation of financing and growth concepts.

At B.v.B. GmbH, Nina Schneider works within Innovation Consulting as the department Director. Her areas of responsibility include the commercial analysis of project proposals, the preparation of financing concepts, and supporting companies with strategic development and investment decisions.

Clients benefit particularly from her experience in combining corporate strategy, financial planning and commercial project assessment.



Liane Blossey-Heinmüller

Executive assistant / Project management EU projects

After successful qualification as a certified multilingual secretary at the SDI Institute of Languages and Interpreters in Munich she has worked as an executive assistant in an internationally operating mechanical engineering company before, where she i.a. also gained experiences regarding translations, interpreter activities as well as in internal sales and product management for many years. She supports the Innovation and Consulting Department and Accounts Section with international client's service confirmation and service commencement.

Markus Reinhardt

B.A. Insurance Management
Insurance & Claims

Studied Insurance Management with a focus on claims management, insurance contracts and risk assessment. He gained professional experience in reviewing and handling commercial insurance claims and in coordinating with insurers, assessors and other parties involved in the claims process.

At B.v.B. GmbH, Markus Reinhardt works within Insurance and Claims Management. His responsibilities include reviewing insurance-related documentation, assessing claims, coordinating with insurance companies and external partners, and managing cases through to final resolution.

In connection with financing projects, he also supports the assessment of existing insurance cover and insurance-related risk factors.

She gained professional experience particularly in the commercial assessment of new business concepts and in supporting innovation and growth initiatives from evaluation through to implementation planning.

At B.v.B. GmbH, Katharina Vogel works within Innovation Consulting. Her areas of focus include analysing and developing business models, assessing innovation projects, and supporting the development of suitable financing and implementation concepts.

Leon Wagner

Head of Compliance & Risk

Studied Finance and Risk Management with a focus on corporate finance, risk assessment, financial analysis and quantitative risk methods. He subsequently gained several years of professional experience in compliance, due diligence, internal control procedures, and the assessment of financial and operational risks.

At B.v.B. GmbH, Leon Wagner heads the Compliance & Risk function. His responsibilities include coordinating compliance and due diligence reviews, assessing transaction and counterparty risks, reviewing KYC and corporate documentation, and addressing risk-related matters in connection with financing and investment projects.

He also supports management in the further development of internal control and review procedures, helping to ensure that material business and transaction risks are identified, documented and assessed at an early stage.
